Hi
I am a new member, my job is tour guide with Japanese Groups hence my questions will be related to giving information.
This house is 16c 'Kono ie wa ju roku seiki desu ?' but how do I qualify it to 'this PART of the house is 16c ' ?

Konnichiwa Shooter-san,

You can say "This PART of the house is 16th century" by saying:
Ie no kono bubun wa ju roku seiki desu.

You can alternately just say "This PART is 16th century" by saying:
Kono bubun wa ju roku seiki desu.

OR, if you prefer to suggest that the PART was BUILT in the 16th century... you can say:
Kono bubun wa ju roku seiki ni tateraremashita.
"This part was built in the 16th Century"
