Greeting
Ohayo Gozaimasu,
I am on Lesson 1.3 and have a question on the greeting that is used by Sayaka and Kenny. It sounds like:
"Mina san konnichiwa. Matai mashitanay"
I looked up mina san konnichiwa, which I believe means "hello everybody". Not sure about the last sentence.
Arigato! I know I have a lot of questions!

As for spelling, "Minna san konnichiwa. mata aimashita ne" with spaces and truly it'd be "minnasankonnichiwa, mattaaimashitane" as there are no spaces in japanese.
As you said "Minna san konnichiwa" is "Hello Everybody"
皆さん (みんなさん) [minnna] is everyone
こんにちは [konnichiwa] is hello
亦 (また) [mata] means again
会いました (あいました) [aimashita] is 会う (あう) [au] to meet In the polite past tense
ね [ne] is a particle used to basically make the sentence sound more friendly.
In direct translation you'd get "again we meet", so basically that's translated as saying "We meet once again." in a polite manner.
So overall the entire phrase is "Hello Everyone, we meet once again."
分かりましたか? (わかりましたか?) [wakarimashitaka?] Do you understand?
それではまたね、
デレック

デレックさん、すばらしい!
Just one minor note...
You wrote:
亦 (また) [mata] means again
Which is entirely correct except for the Kanji - generally, the MATA part of the phrase また会いしましたね is written in Hiragana. However, if you choose to write in kanji, the correct Kanji is 又 - so it would be: 又会いしましたね
Otherwise, no need to add more explanation!
