Good Job Rocket Japanese

I am slowly working my way through the lessons and I have to tell you how impressed I am with the way that the program has been put together. There is so much repetion of the words and phrases and then repetition of phrases in a following lesson that I feel like I am starting to really understand the language. The weekly bulletins with additional words and pronunciation with the games are really well done as well and really help to reinforce what I have learned. It must be overwhelming to put together a language program such as this, but you have done a great job.

One thing that I would suggest is that the RJ staff answer questions in the Forum. I have read a few questions and then the answers by other students that usually end in something like "I think". That basically makes the answer usless. I know many questions are answered by RJ but I feel all should be and not by the students. Just my opinion though.

So thank you and again for great job and well worth the money. Tell Kenny and Siaka (sp) they are very good as well.

Konnichiwa! My name is Bradley, and may I say, I agree with a lot of things in the forums. This is my 2nd day with rocket Japanese. I didn't get it until the evening yesterday. But I'm doing good on it so far. At first, I only wanted to learn Japanese so I can understand the game, Pokemon Heart Gold, in which the U.S. English version doesn't come out until mid-March of 2010. Since I got started with Rocket Japanese, I quickly learned that the syombols and actually SPEAKING it gives me such a thrill, especially speaking it to my family members which gave me a big smile and an LOL out of it. xD last night I was saying them over and over and saying them in English to match so I could know what they mean and all. I kept messing up and studdering, but when I woke up this morning, I said them aloud to myself again like 3 or 4 times and I got them down pat as if I learned them in my sleep! I guess it wouldn't be as easy to learn if you're tired and sleepy anyway. :p

Konnichiwa Bradley! :P

Welcome to Rocket Japanese and thank you very much for your feedback. It is always a delight to have new enthusiastic learners like yourself join us!
It sounds fantastic that you are beginning to understand and use some of the words you've learned this early in your learning journey. Keep at it! Surely, you will give more big smiles to your family members as your progress through the course.
