any left out?
is there a jouyou kanji that's not in the 2,501 most commonly used kanji?
ex. 肯 is #1813
Here's a website showing the 2501 most frequent kanji, is (are) there any missing jouyou kanji(s)?
(Please forgive me for asking for such a staining task)

Re: any left out?
I ran a quick query on a database I have built derived from data from Jim Breen's KanjiDic project -- results: no jouyou kanji not having an assigned frequency from that list.

I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand your answer. I want an answer in layman's terms, are there, or are there not any jouyou kanji left out in the 2,051 most frequently used kanji, and if so, which are they?
plus, your database seems useful, mind if you put the link to it, or email it to me?
(my email address: vyre77494@yahoo.com thanks!)

konnichiwa, vyre22607,
Sorry about the obtuseness of my answer. I should have said no jouyou kanji are left out. I didn't eyeball the lists to verify my results, though, my brain would probably melt if I tried that
The database is a work in progress (I keep tweaking the design and reformatting it
), so it's not really in a state to share. However, my data sources were from Jim Breen's KanjiDic and JMDict/EDict projects, and are publicly available for non-commercial use.
A great website for Kanji lookups that is also built from Jim Breen's info is Kim Ahlström's Denshi Jisho website (online Japanese dictionary). I have found it very useful in looking up kanji for words used in the lessons I've done so far in Rocket Japanese
